Our client, an advertising agency based in the West End are looking to recruit a Team Secretary*Account Co-ordinator immediately!. Strong co-ordinating skills, accuracy and a strong eye for detail are essential for this role along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and juggle a busy workload. Working closely with the Senior Account Managers you will be responsible for all administration*reports relating to up to 30 products. A large part of the role will be implementing effective procedures and systems and creating client reports, co-ordinating schedules and communicating with clients. Team secretarial duties will include arranging travel, diaries, powerpoint presentations, typing and all ad hoc duties as required. Must have at least 1.5 solid years administration experience, advanced knowledge of powerpoint and a mature and logical approach.MSB Secretarial (a division of MSB International PLC) is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
